We try to make your arrival day as smooth as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
Handover to Villa Manager
Our Villa Manager's contact details are shared at 1 month to 2 weeks before your arrival. For anything before then, please contact our Reservations team.
When To Give Pre-Arrival Details
Please send us the following information no later than 1 month before arrival. If you have it sooner, please share — we save everything to your booking record for our team and Villa Manager.
Arrival & Departure Times
Unless otherwise agreed: Arrivals are from 3:00pm (15:00hrs). Departures are by 12:00pm (midday).
Your Flight Arrival Details
We need your airline name, flight number, arrival time, and departure city. This helps us know where to meet you and to monitor if your flight is on schedule.
Airport Transport
We arrange one minivan and driver from Phuket International Airport (included in the rental fee). Minivans seat up to 13 guests, but luggage needs space too. If your group can't fit with luggage, a secondary vehicle can be arranged. Note: airport transfers do not include baby seats — see Baby Seats.
Hotel Transfer
If you're staying in a hotel on Phuket before the villa, we can arrange a hotel transfer. We'll need the hotel name and website so we can look up the address.
Daily Hire Minivan + Driver
Unless you're making your own transport arrangements around Phuket (hire car, etc.), we recommend a daily minivan and driver. Current charge: ฿2,500 THB per day + gasoline (driver included). Let us know if you'd like this.
Food On Arrival Day
Usually lunch has passed by arrival, but early arrivals can request:
Lunch: Pad Thai with prawn, Papaya Salad, Grill Chicken, Fried golden bags, Plain Rice, Egg Fried Rice, Fruit.
Evening Dinner: Tom Yam Goong, Green Curry Chicken, Fried Rice, Massaman Curry, Mango Salad, Chicken Cashew nut, Fried Sweetcorn Cake, Satay, Plain Rice, Fruit.
For specific requests, just tell us the dish and portion for your group.
Bedroom Preferences
Let us know your bedroom preferences in advance so our Villa Manager can set rooms up accordingly before your arrival.
Special Requests
Any other special requests — celebrations, decorations, dietary notes, activities — please tell us as early as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
