How To Book
First: Review the Availability Calendar to check if your dates look free.
Then: Use the form below to submit your enquiry. We can tentatively hold your preferred dates (if available, without obligation) while you discuss within your group. After 7 days without feedback, tentative holds are removed. After 28 days, enquiries are closed.
Remember, Baan Kata Keeree is a private villa — we rent the whole property to one group at a time.

Why Book Direct With Us?
When you book directly with us, you gain access to our reservations team from initial enquiry right through to your arrival at the villa. You can organise and adjust your stay as needed — including arrival day requests and special events. You'll also get direct access to our Villa Manager 2 weeks before arrival. Direct guests can pay a deposit to confirm their stay, with the final payment due up to 1 month before arrival.
