Our private chefs cook some of the finest food you'll eat on your trip to Phuket — freshly purchased local ingredients prepared daily.
Our Menu
We have a curated menu with set meals and à la carte options. Our Villa Manager will go through it with you on arrival. The menu is last updated Nov-2022.

Before your stay, please let us know if you have any specific food items that you need our chef to avoid when preparing your meals.
Special Dietary Restrictions
Our chefs are Thai and specialise in Thai food, with flexibility for many western/international dishes from our menu. Special dietary requirements such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal and others are something we cannot reliably cater for. We recommend either looking elsewhere for your food, self-catering in the Guest Kitchen, or reconsidering our villa if strict dietary compliance is essential.
À La Carte
If you prefer to order à la carte, our chef will be happy to cook the meals of your choice. All groceries used will be itemised and charged at the end of your stay with an additional service charge (5% + 7% VAT).
2 Meals Per Day
Our villa staff prepare 2 meals per day for your group: a Breakfast and either an Afternoon Lunch or an Evening Dinner (your choice). Staff are available 7:00am–10:00pm, with a rest break 2:00pm–4:00pm. Breakfasts begin at 8:00am.
Large Groups (9 Guests or More)
The chef service covers up to 8 guests (including children, excluding infants). For groups of 9 or more guests, an additional cooking charge of ฿1,500 THB per day applies, paid at the villa.
Wine List
We maintain a curated Wine List. The PDF is available on request from our Reservations team or our Villa Manager at the villa.
Grocery Budget
Every group is different. We recommend budgeting approximately ฿750–฿1,250 THB per person per day for a 3-meal day as a starting guide.
Who Collects Groceries?
Our chefs and/or Villa Manager collect everything you need — from groceries and snacks through to beers, wines and spirits. Just let staff know what you need and it will be picked up on the next trip to the shops or market.
Food Allergies
Please inform us of any food allergies during your pre-arrival conversations. We will pass the details to our chefs so they can take appropriate care with your meals.
