Steps & Accessibility
Our villa is spread across several levels connected by steps. This page gives you an overview of the different levels so you can assess suitability for your group.
Main Level Bedrooms
Steps lead from the Pool and Bedrooms area up to the Lounge. These are the primary internal steps at the villa.
Upper Level Bedrooms
A short staircase leads to the two upper-level bedrooms which overlook both the pool and the bay view.
Kids Room & Private Gym
Steps through the pond area lead to the Children's Playroom and the Private Gym. Both rooms are also accessible from the Reception area.
Lower Garden Level
Steps lead down to the lower garden level, accessible from both sides of the pool. This is where you get the full panoramic view of Kata Beach bay.
